Tasks
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work on blades using rope access
- Repairing structural damage (Category 3-4) with fibreglass, using vacuum bagging and infusion techniques
- Inspecting blade surfaces
- Delegating tasks and managing daily activities
- Documenting work and creating reports
- Liaising closely with the back-office Project Manager
- Leading a team of 2 technicians
Profile
- Valid IRATA Level 3 certification
- Vestas certifications such as ESO, ESQ LOTO2 or BTO are a plus
- Experience in a leadership role or in the wind energy sector
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driving license
- English proficiency at a working level
