• Assessment and analysis of rotor blade damage and repairs carried out 
• Estimation of repair costs and times
• Preparation of repair and inspection reports
• Development of work instructions and technical specifications
• Technical coordination and communication with technicians, service teams, and customers
• Reporting and documentation of new damage, including technical description
• Organization and ordering of necessary materials

Profile

• Completed engineering degree or several years of experience in the field of blade technology
• In-depth knowledge of rotor blade design, rotor blade manufacturing, or rotor blade repairs
• Expertise in damage categorization and assessment of damage patterns, ideally across manufacturers
• Very good planning, scheduling and project management skills
• Willingness to travel for short-term assignments
