Your tasks as a Teamlead blade repair:
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access
- Inspecting the blade surfaces
- Repairing structural damages (Category 3-4) with fibreglass
- Lamination
- Division of work tasks and management of activities
- Close exchange with project manager in the back office
- Documentation of your work
- Leading a team of 2 colleagues
Your qualification:
- Valid climbing license IRATA/FISAT Level 3
- Solid skills in general structural blade repairs or fibreglass repairs in particular
- Profound knowledge of vacuumtechniques
- Leading position in the windenergy in the past
- Driving license, class B or higher
- Fluent in English
