Your tasks as a Teamlead blade repair:
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via platforms
- Inspecting the blade surfaces and checking them from the inside
- Division of work tasks and management of activities
- Close exchange with colleagues in the back office
- Documentation of your work
- Leading a team of max. 3 colleagues
Your qualification:
- Completed vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder or similar
- Familiar with platforms as Käufer or similar
- Leading position in the past or general experiences in windenenergy
- Driving license, class B or higher
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English
