Your tasks as a Teamlead blade repair:

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via platforms
• Inspecting the blade surfaces and checking them from the inside
• Division of work tasks and management of activities
• Close exchange with colleagues in the back office
• Documentation of your work
• Leading a team of max. 3 colleagues

Your qualification:

• Completed vocational training as laminator, painter, boat builder or similar
• Familiar with platforms as Käufer or similar
• Leading position in the past or general experiences in windenenergy
• Driving license, class B or higher
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English
